Every item we sell is custom-made specifically for your order. Because each product is created on demand, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed. This includes changes to product selection, size, color, quantity, or shipping information.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Shipping delays outside of our control
Preference-related issues such as fit, color variation, or design preference

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or printing error
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
Requests submitted more than 5 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
